Grok AI
Email data extraction
Grok AI reads freight rate-request and quotation emails from a watched inbox and turns them into structured records instead of re-typing.
Typical fields extracted: customer or shipper, origin/destination ports (POL/POD), quote type (sea/air/agency export), shipment type (FCL/LCL/etc.), cargo category (general/hazardous/reefer/ODC), container type and quantity, ocean freight and other charge rates with currency, free days / demurrage notes, vessel/voyage when present, shipment terms, enquiry or customer reference, and commercial terms.
- Rate and quotation emails land in a watched inbox; the assistant extracts ports, cargo, containers, rates and terms.
- It creates a structured quote in BlueLogis AX (or an enquiry in connected portals such as Fressa, CargoWise and Magaya) and returns the reference number.
- Gaps in the email—customer, principal, vessel, DG details—are flagged instead of guessed into production data.
- Demo and live customer setups are separate; outbound replies stay under human send approval unless you configure otherwise.
In BlueLogis AX the Quote bot creates Basics + Terms (Income/rate lines, Cargo and Route after save) and returns the quote reference. On connected portals such as Fressa, CargoWise and Magaya it creates an enquiry—a separate integration path, not a BlueLogis quote. Demo/training uses TEST; live customer portals are opt-in per setup.
