Security and Trust at BlueLogis: SOC 2 Type II progress

BlueLogis Consulting Private Limited is working towards SOC 2 Type II attestation with our compliance partner, Protaxology Advisors (Chennai). The gap assessment is complete, and we are actively closing the gaps it identified, aiming to meet the applicable SOC 2 Type II requirements by 30 November 2026. An independent audit by a certified SOC 2 auditor will follow.

How we protect your data today

  • Role-based user permissions. Each user sees and does only what their role allows, with user, group and access management.
  • One login across FX, AX and NX. Freight forwarding, NVOCC agency and NVOCC principal run on one platform with a single login and centralised finance, so there is one set of users and permissions to manage instead of several systems.
  • Cloud software on AWS. BlueLogis runs in the browser on AWS cloud, with no servers for you to buy or manage.
  • Named AI providers. Optional AI features use Gemini, ChatGPT and Claude. If your security review needs details on how AI features are used, ask us.
  • Protected website enquiries. Our website enquiry form has spam protection, and we use your details only to reply to your enquiry.

Not yet, and we don't claim it. SOC 2 is an independent attestation rather than a certificate. BlueLogis is working towards SOC 2 Type II with our compliance partner, Protaxology Advisors. The gap assessment is complete and we are closing the gaps it identified. An independent audit by a certified SOC 2 auditor will follow.

We aim to meet the applicable SOC 2 Type II requirements by 30 November 2026. After that, an independent, certified SOC 2 auditor carries out the Type II audit. The timing of the audit report depends on that auditor, so we will update this page when the report is issued rather than promise a date now.
